1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order by contacting our support team within the initial processing window before the item is dispatched.
- Post-Delivery Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel an order after receiving it, the request must be raised within 24 hours of product delivery, provided the product packaging, security seals, and tags remain 100% unopened and intact.
2. Return & Replacement Window (Within 48 Hours)
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, you must report the issue to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

- Share your Order ID along with clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect item and its shipping label.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health, hygiene, and consumable medicine guidelines, any product that has been opened, unsealed, or consumed in any quantity is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Refund Terms & Timelines
- Eligibility: Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received at our facility and passes physical inspection for intact seals and original condition (or when a valid transit damage claim is verified).
- Payment Mode: Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method used during the transaction (Bank Account, UPI, Debit/Credit Card). For COD orders, the refund will be credited via secure bank transfer/UPI once account details are verified.
- Processing Time: The refund amount will reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days after initiation.
